Garlic barbecue sauce
Ingredients: 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons of rock sugar or maltose, a little spiced powder, 1/4 tsp of pepper, 3 1/2 cups of water, 1 tbsp of wine, 12 cloves of garlic.
